vaginal and anal discharge

please someone i need your help!!! i am a 25 year old mother of 3 kids. at age 15 i was diagnosed with chlamydia and at like 18 had genital warts which of both had been tooken care of. my last time at a doctor was after the delivery of my 4 year old daughter. i have had no signs of an std or at least dont think so. i have had my vaginal discharge for as long as i can remember and just figured it was a yeast infection that wouldnt go away. i have been single for 4 yrs and had 6 different partners some protected, some not and before that i was only with one guy for 6 years. i have had no probs til bout a week ago. i am currently in a new relationship, we started to sleep together 2 months ago and have been together as a couple for a month...last week we were having sex and it got pretty wild...he was moving so fast and going so hard he accidently slid out twice and poked me in my butt...which really hurt (remember at this time i do believe i had a yeast infection) well we finish and after i was really sore. but didnt think too far into it b/c i dont do anal so i just thought the pain would disappear. now it has almost been a week later and i have noticed 3 zit-like bumps, sometimes itchy, not really a bother to me, under my pubic hair....i have a rash on both insides of my left and right buttcheeks which is starting to fade after continueing to use a nad d ointment. ..there is also what feels like a small paper cut in between my vaginal hole and anus. it does not hurt to pee at all...but i feel like i have an anal discharge too. i have examined myself but everything looks normal to me. when i have a bowel movement i get maybe a little tender but nothing unbearable til i wipe. its that small paper cut like thing that burns,stings and feels like it itches from time to time i cant touch it at all it hurts so bad but like i said there is no bump visible it just feels like my skin ripped and now its having a hard time healing. and last but not least i am late on my period, i had my tubes tied after my daughter but i know some people still get pregnant, im just wondering if all the stress i got going on could relate to any of this at all..i am a week late and am never irregular. all i can come to for a conclusion would be an anal yeast infection. i never even knew such a thing exsisted til i discovered this website. now i jus need answers to ease mine and my boyfriends mind...i am going to the health department on monday but i just would like to know heads up on what maybe i could be facing. please someone as scared as i am to know the truth i need to know...i cant stand stressing over unsolved issues. it worries me to death!!!
