vaginal and rectal numbness

I'm having the same issue... genital and rectal numbness where it feels weird wiping. I'm also feeling like I'm not getting my regular urges to urinate and have bowel movements. I had full MRI's of my spine and brain to rule out cauda equina and MS. This just started a month ago for me out of the blue and hasn't seemed to improve. I'm extremely concerned and get very anxious to see that some people on here have had this problem continue and get worse over the years. Has anyone received any answers or solutions? Right now I'm leaning towards thinking I'm having issues with my pudendal nerve; possibly pudendal neuralgia, except I don't have any pain. Praying for all of us dealing with this issue, as it's very distressing.

I too am experiencing the same symptoms. Mine started about 2 months ago. I woke up one morning and noticed I didn't have the urge to pee. I am now experiencing the numbness in the anal area when having bowel movement and wiping. I have been having health anxiety and panic attacks for the last 4 months and lost 13 pounds. I am wondering if the anxiety has something to do with it. I Go on Monday for mri on head and neck area, as I was told my C1 vertebrae was out of line. Praying we all get answers to this problem soon.

I have been experiencing severe anxiety over these issues the past few months as well. I would love to have someone to talk to about this who is going through the same thing. Would you be willing to email privately?

I began to have this problem after a painful miscarriage. It's been 4 weeks now since this began. I went from regular daily BMs to none at all. Even with laxatives, I end up impacted. I feel loss of muscle control/strength in by bottom. My rectum has numbness, and I just had sex for the first time after miscarriage, and the sensation was different...some nerve endings in vaginal wall felt dull, not 100% sensation. Wow I am not crazy after all, I too have been suffering with the same problem. It is getting progressively worse. My family doctor has sent me for many tests and nothing shows up. I can't sit for long. I am trying hard not to slip into depression but it is a daily battle. Is there any hope for us?

I’m having surgery on my vertebrae t12 to fix this problem. Either a bone spur or herniated disk pressing in the nerve or spinal cord that controls this area of the body. I also have tingling in both feet. Being given steroids via IV. Some tingling has subsided. Praying fir a good outcome. Getting to the hospital as an emergency patient is key in order to get that MRI immediately,

i want to chime in here and say that i have been having the same symptoms for a while now .. i have tried hook worm medicine, i have had stool samples taken AND NOTHING.. i totally was positive that there was something down there .. i would hear snapping when wiping its numb and i feel crawling sensation like there is something there that is fighting to stay. feels i cant get clean .. i have been diagnosed with fungus (Tiena Manuum) all over my body 2nd skin layer. have been on medication for that. the fungus haa taken so long to go away but its getting better .. i never thought this could be anything to do with my intestine issues.. that has really made me think. i have recently found out that a lot of my illnesses have been a result from severe mold issues in my apartment. this is even effecting my scalp and eyelashes what could this be .. i could of swore that i had some kind of parasite or something else unknow .i am not sexually active and have not been for a while now. so STD is ruled out. I know its not craps lice or body lice because i have used everything under the sun for that kind of stuff .. sometimes it subsides so i thought this was some type of hatching stage .. i hear some of you saying that you are figjhting depression. I way past that this has ccaused me such depression and anziety i have thought i can not go on like this this is not living its pure hell .. i do have damaged nerves and back and intestinal issues. so i guess i will change my way of thinking all stool samples have been neg.please keep up all your comments they are very much helpful.

Same and now I can't feel my arms jaw cranial skull teeth roof mouth swallowing nothing I feel lighter than a small feather. Can't really hear. Did mris blood work drs didn't find anything they said. My poop mucus is brown. I have small pleur effusion around lungs, kidney stone and cyst loss of bowl control can't feel when I poop vaginal area and bottom numb when I wipe. It's so sad not one dr did anything about all the loss of feeling sensory sensation I lost. Lots of burning everywhere.
