Yes it does that to me.....just took one yesterday and started bleeding again. I am not going to take it anymore to be on the safe side
Yes. I too took the garcinia. We are real life human trials, those of us who were open to research. I am spotting less now but my menstrual cramps are now unbearable. Yes it's the garcinia because I don't drink smoke or take any other medication or birth control. Dr. Oz is male. I do not recommend garcinia cambogia for women. I'm in extreme menarch agony as I text. Hope this helps. Yes I loss some weight and it's only worth learning to do it natural. I don't know if the pain will ever stop. It's been 3 months since I stopped taking it.
Garcinia SAVE you guys might ha e got the wrong stuff... I have lost weight on this one and have had 0% problem's ANYWHERE. Some of these are FAKE and more then likely unhealthy and they could care less about your health as long and you give them money. GARCINIA CAMBOGIA " SAVE". I also drink Braggs ACV with it. Maybe try it and see.

I had the SAME thing happen to me. I actually underwent a biopsy of my uterine wall after I started bleed for some unknown reason. I am post menopausal and haven't had a period for three years. Within one month of taking Garcinia Cambogia (twice daily) I began to experience vaginal bleeding. NOT coincidental. I have since stopped taking Garcinia, no amount of appetite suppressant is worth jeopardizing your health.
I am having the same issue. I has a full hysterectomy and I woke up with vaginal bleeding 3 days after I started taking it. I thought i was dying. Not cool. And now I have to jump thru hoops just to get it cancelled. I guess I will continue to do what I was doing to lose the weight. Proper diet and exercise. I do not recommend this to anyone if that is going to be an issue.
I found this site because I was searching for answers too. I began taking Plexus Slim, about 6 weeks later I started my period. I had not had a period in almost 8 months or so. It lasted for 21 days! Very heavy and lots of cramping. It finally stopped only to start 21 days later. Bleeding is light - med but I have been bleeding once again now 2 weeks so far. I have never had this happen. I am 50 and was headed into menopause only to suddenly come out of it. It has to be the GC in Plexus Slim. My question is do I wait it out to see if it regulates my periods? Or jump ship?
Same thing happened to me. I took it for 5 days, 2 pills a day. Lost 5 lbs but had some slight spotting. I found this and so I stopped. I continued to spot for two days. I stopped taking it for a week and started again recently to see if the bleeding was from the GC. Three days I took 1 pill and was fine. the fourth day I took two and nearly immediately after my second dose I started spotting. Now 24 hours later, I haven't taken any GC, but the bleeding is heavy. I hope it stops soon. I won't be taking this supplement again.

Prior to taking the GC, I was in menopause (no period for last 12 months). after the bleeding stopped, heavy bleeding starts again 25 days later and it'e heavier than before.
Scare the soul out of me.. I went to gynae and she asked...if I had taken anything that triggered it. Immediately, I knew it's GC.
Horrible experience. I stopped and trash the product for goodness sake!!!

Really wrong for you to say people are posting fake side effects or they are "unhealthy" I am very healthy. I take NO medications for anything. I started Garcinia Cambrogia and started breakthrough bleeding 1 week later. I take it and ACV. Im not cramping so Im gonna hang in there and see if it stops soon. I dont see what benefit people would have in just saying they have bleeding. I think people are looking for answers not to be criticized .
How long till bleeding stops thought I been taking the pill look an found this forum i stopped it immediately but bleeding isn't stopping yet and getting cramps now :/
I am so happy to have found this post. I have had horrible periods my whole life and although I am on BC to mitigate having a period it doesn't always work. I started taking GC on Sat 6/3. Had really heavy bleeding and cramps on Sun. I increased the dosage to 3 pills before 2 meals and had even heavy bleeding than Sat. I already taking iron for anemia. GC is helping with the appetite suppressant but I can't afford to make my anemia worse. I agree there need to be research on this side effect.
7-12-17 I started taking Garcinia Cambodia just yesterday 7-11-17, and started spotting, n that's cuz I only took 1 pill n then I took one today, around 10:30 am, around 3:45 felt some cramping, and noticed I was spotting I'm 53, and haven't had a period since August of 2916 I figured okay it's the age to stop, but than after taking the pill just 1 day I started my period really thus isn't what I read on side effects it's suppose to be NO side effects so yeah after reading other comments they should state that as a side effect. Lost only 1 pound wooohooo!! No a happy camper...
7-12-17 Well seems like everyone has been posting the same problem with Garcinia Cambodia side effects that we've been spotting or just bleeding looks like that's the side effect that needs to be printed on the box. I'm 53 years old haven't had a period since August 2016. I just started taking the pill yesterday, felt some cramping, but thought it was from my work out since I just started doing Zumba, but then today felt the cramping, and started bleeding. But I did lose 1 pound. Wooohooo!! But still Not A Happy Camper...
