After taking nearly a bottle of garcinia my period continued for 2 weeks and counting. Thank goodness for this posting, I was about to make a doctor appointment. Didn't help with weight loss either. Too bad 1 have 2 more bottles.
I'm glad to see so many responses about this Garcinia Cambodia pill. I've never experienced spotting after or between my periods and I'm 44 years old. I also bled after sex for the first time a week ago. Im going to come off the pills this week and see if this helps my system. Thanks for the information and comments from all.

I started taking this 6 days ago. It started curbing my appetite almost immediately. However 2 days after taking it I started my menstrual cycle. Which was completely odd because I just had my period 2 weeks prior. I have never had an irregular cycle. And although I know this is too much information my period typically lasts four days. A box of 34 tampons will last me 3 months. However I have gone through a box in 4 days. Noting that the only thing that has changed is the fact that I'm taking this product. So I started to do some research and I realize the women all over the United States are having the same issue and yet people are saying it's not related. This needs to be re-evaluated by the FDA. If a woman does not have her baby making parts and no longer has a period This is a great product. However if she does she needs to stop taking this product.
Yes same here, 3 days in and I am getting the same bloody brown discharge and slight cramping.. never had this before!
This is crazy that is it is not listed as a side effect anywhere I have read. I took 2 pills today (apprx 4 hours ago) and I'm sitting here cramping and spotting. At first I was really scared that I was bleeding from the diarrhea that kicked in 2 hours ago. Upon further investigation, it is vaginal bleeding. I just finished my period last week and am very regular even at 47, and not on birth control. I'm in a worse cramping state than my normal period. It really should be listed as a side effect. I was debating if I should be heading to the hospital before I started Googling. Not of this is worth it. No more of this stuff. Thanks to all that chimed on on this thread so I know I'm not alone.
I been taking the diet pills 9 months I hadn't no problems until this last bottle I bought as of today been on my period three weeks my periods have been normal other then that I have never had this problem but I been reading everybody's post I think I will stop taking the pills to see if that will help I don't want go to hospital thanks I glad I looked this up
Going on three weeks of bleeding with clotting now for days and just realized it is the same time I started the garcinia cambogia. It was hard to find this site but will stop immediately and pray it is the answer.
Yes just stop taking it and the bleeding will clear up. It's awful. This site saved me too. I can't believe there is no mention of this side effect anywhere concering the product. It should be banned. I took one dose and in 3 hours I was cramping and bleeding like a full day of my period. It scared me terribly.
I too experienced a heavy period as soon as I started taking Garcinia, even though I had just finished my period a week earlier.
I just came off my period Dec 11 2017.. I was having intercourse with bf and started taking this pills on Dec 2017 I started bleeding bright red and it stated on for about 5 days then went off i resume taking the pills Monday then all of sudden I'm back bleeding..why is this? This has never happen before??
Can you beleave it I was worried sick after taking this product am still having light period after two weeks of my period. Think I should stop after this reviews.

I started taking garcinia cambogia in January and have since lost 38 lbs. It has made me more active , my appetite has decreased, I've noticed I'm more alert . Unfortunately my periods last longer ,from 3 to 5 days and I'm heavy for the first three days. I never know when it's coming. But we all know everything comes with a side effect. So I've just been taking them anyway because I am losing weight.

I started taking garcinia cambogia on April 5th 2018. I have had birth control implanted in my arm called nexplanon. I am sexually active but always have regular periods. I normally start my period every 1st of the month or close to the end of each month but i took garcinia cambogia and my period lasted for ten days. I forgot to take the supplement for 3 days and i stopped bleeding. Well i took the supplement and i start bleeding super heavy. My sides hurt from bleeding so much. I like the supplement because it helps reduce my hunger. But its not worth my health. I hope this helps the women out there with the same problem...
