How did you figure out it was the Biotin and why would it cause this? When you stopped taking biotin, how long did it take for the thick white discharge to go away?

your life your choices.... the only thing in your blurb that's really concerning is that you used the word yellow. don't assume that because these comments are similar that you should not go see a doctor or 3.... as yellow can be a sign of infection. Also I say 3 docs because we know ourselves best and what is normal for us recently I had a doctor prescribe me meds for an STD and he took a culture test. I wanted to see if it was a yest infection or BV. but was totally absorbed by a sore on the outside... even after I told him I scratched myself masterbating. Sometimes people don't listen. I did not take the prescription and even went back after 3 weeks as I heard nothing for results.... and sure as sh*t there was nothing wrong. trust your gut and always seek another opinion and another until your happy.

to be honest my suggestion to some of you on this page as I think there are a few people with extremely different issues here.... I would try diet changes. if consistent usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for your body to respond to the change so make sure to stick with your change for at least a month or 2. ( I have started cutting bread from my diet and complex carbs) also try homeopathic options.... they can be expensive but I've seen great results for other issues I've had and used them. sometimes natural is better. one thing for yeast infections is putting a clove of garlic up there.... look it up works like a charm (yogurt is quite effective as well). garlic alone has increadable benifits for humans and dogs. explore all options! and the best part of the natural methods is you can try so many things and not fear the side affects are worse than what you started with.

I do have endometriosis! I'm so thankful for you because I believe my discharge may be a direct link between my endometriosis and the estrogen levels.

2010 I had a mytomectomy. When they went in they discovered a bad case of endometriosis... In result of such my sml intestine and left fallopian tube was completely binded. They were able to separate the two and leave both. My fibroid removal was successful. Prior to my surgery I did a rounds of lupron depot. I hadn't been on BC since 2002 (Which only lasted for a month or two).

Immediately after surgery I experienced my first of several years of infection. I gained a lot of weight and told my I was prediabetic.

Eventually the yeast infections stopped the weight came off and my sugar levels have bn normal.

Last year I went to the doctor he said the fibroids were back along with cyst that covered my left fallopian tube. (He wanted to remove it I declined) I went on a progesterone and life was good as it could get considering.

Moving to this year I recently had a pap smear I was told I had bv given a antibiotic and instead of my probiatic my Dr switched me ref BC. Two days after my antibiotics ended I noticed I had the worst discharge ever. Very thick white stuff stuck to my walls no odor and besides the dryness no discomfort. What scared me most was the amount of this substance that was covered to my walls. I went on the net and found this blog. I'm so scared

I don't know if all this brings me relief or even more frustration. The same thing has happened to me for the last 5 years. Started out on and off but recently has been constant :/ I've tried every treatment for yeast infections but obviously they isn't the problem. I hate it!

I have had the same problem for over a year tested for everything everything normal I took time to write on here because after about 10 antibiotics yeast creams doctors and everyone telling me this is normal I know it's not and I'm pretty sure I know the cause .... It's gluten in your diet I have been on a gluten free diet for the past two months not and not had one problem since I also drink a lot of lemon water to balance ph and I've been taking evening primrose everyday ... Two days ago I ate bread and surprise it came back for the first time in two months a very thick white discharge no odor but very bad during sex..,. I can say I'm almost positive it's the result of gluten allergy or intorrence

I had read somewhere that this discharge can be estrogen leaving the body. A hormone or ph imbalance.

Read all the way....

Despite feeling absolutely frustrated with this issue, I choose to stay optimistic. I have read each of the 39 pages on this board and other boards on the web. Coming form the academic background I do, I think we are smart enough to come up with some type of 28 day plan to research and chart this discharge level, based upon all the factors we believe initially caused this. Clearly docs are not up on this and won't care until they personally experience it. So: a few things here. I initially had this issue in March 2015. Remember exactly when I discovered it. It was after I ate barbecue with sweet sauce, sweet baked beans, mac and cheese, and SWEET tea. I had sweet tea every day of that week because I love it. Additionally I had a hand "down there" not sure if I washed my hands prior, but I'm sure I felt they were clean unless I would not have touched that area. Next I took a nap (without wiping myself). Woke up to this white clumpy, crazy discharge that will not go away. Two more things: I was extremely stressed from a long distance relationship strain (so no sex), and I was taking acidophilus capsules just to keep the area balanced. I really believe it IS Cytolytic Vaginosis. However there is absolutely MIN research on the "cure" for this vaginosis, other than increasing the ph levels through a douche with baking soda which I have tried. Works only for temporary. OK: So I (and we) have listed possible causes:
1. "Processed foods" (the tea-bbq),
2. "Sugar"(bbq-tea),
3. "Vaginal Ph. Levels" (my hand being inserted and not cleaning right away),
4. "Dairy (mac and cheese)
5. "Over growth of bad Bacteria"(which I believe leads TO the counteractive overgrowth of lactobacillus (good bacteria) which is the definition of this condition "cytolytic".

From reading I am sure many of you can contribute to having experienced ONE of the about during the INITIAL experience with this clumpy gooie-wet toilet paper-discharge. Please share what you think was your initial cause.

Now given there are no STDs involved. I have tried to address the symptoms by doing the opposite of what I think caused it:

1. Limit fast foods to NONE. (its hard because I travel and sometimes MUST grab a snack on the road)
2. Limit SUGAR intake. (even if i get chick fila lemonade I get it with splenda)
3. Drink lemon water with the juice of at least ONE lemon daily. Lemon internally address the "PH level" problem of this issue because it creates an alkaline effect in the body. Also SUJA green juice has been extremely important because green foods drastically increases the PH level in your body)
4. Limit DAIRY or cut it out if you can. I found myself feeling BLOATED only after the condition set it( literally like I am full or that I am not disgusting anything properly). I noticed my stomach "was bloated" bigger than before. Which leads me to my final conclusion.
5. Body Cleanse. Something clearly is in the gastrointestinal track that SHOULD NOT BE THERE. I really believe this. I did I cleanse with "wormwood" by now foods and it went away immediately but I did not complete the entire detox process due to work and being on the go. I take it every now and then in tea (its very bitter) and it helps keep it away for at least two days (given I complete the steps above).
6. Probiotics. Recently I tried this because I have issues with going to the restroom. When I take this daily, I have a movement. If I stop, I feel bloated as described above- I don't go- and discharge returns.
7. Preseed lubricant**I have not tried this but people on other boards swear by this! It supposedly raises the PH level but it is STILL EXTERNAL. I whole-heartly believe this issue is INTERNAL and needs to be fixed with diet and internal restoration.

To sum this up, balanced diet and a good digestive system seems to be the issue. I will keep you all updated on my diet-vs. discharge. Also on if the preseed works.
My Plan: Green juice suja, daily probiotics, (brazilian wax)and keeping it clean down there, NO fast foods, and conducting a wormwood cleanse when I have time!

I KNOW WE CAN DO THIS! Share what you think your initial cause (from above) and your plan.
