I have maybe, hopefully have the answer for you. Baking Soda, Baking Soda, Baking Soda, and Preseed. So, we're always told not to douche. However, in researching my symptoms a few years ago, I discovered something called Cytolytic vaginosis (DON'T BE ALARMED IT'S NOT AN STD). Ultimately, our ph levels are out of whack, and a baking soda douche 1-2 tsp to 4 cups of filtered warm water will soothe and start your healing process. Do it twice a week. I was miserable for months after multiple gyros telling me that it was yeast, even though I'd been tested for every sort of yeast. DOCTORS ONLY KNOW WHAT IS TESTED AND RESEARCH, SO YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR HEALTH INTO YOUR OWN HANDS PERIOD.

PRESEED makes the world of difference when it comes to sex, conceiving and just vaginal moisture. It mimics our natural flora therefore making sex bearable by working as a lubricant. Also, you can soother yourself with coconut oil.
Also. my doctor recommended Replens, but it gets clumpy, and it makes you think that you have a yeast infections.

My advice is to make google your best friend to getting to the bottom of your symptoms, because and itchy dry vagina is no bueno. Believe me, I feel your pain. I hope this helps.

I guess it could be - someone mentioned it already - cytolitic vaginosis (overgrow of lactobacilli) or lactobacillosis (Change of lactobacilli); that are two diagnosis not a lot of doctors know. I am convinced they exist and I think I have had one of them (its progressing from month to month); slowly it' s getting better (less swollen, less red, less uncomfortable): I do eat healthy, take homeophatic medicine and mental healing. It also helped my general health and mental as well.

That's also my theory! The itching and irritation stops for a bit after a shower, so that has to be it in my case. As I get older (I'm 45) the irritation lasts longer in terms of days, but I read that the egg-white discharge lasts longer as we get older through perimenopause.
