I have a horrible musty smell from my vaginal and a lot of vaginal wetness. I went to the OB/GYN and he said it was BV. I have since not taken bubble baths which can be a cause. I used the prescription.

How can I naturally get rid of the smell. It can be quite offensive. Sometimes, it has a strong amonia smell. What can I do?
Is there a natural odor cleanser?
