Not true. The terror of a panic attack can cause suicide-not because the person panicking wants to die, but because the terror is so great they will do anything to escape it.

and another way to blame a person who is suffering from anything.
Anyone ho has been abused, it' blames those scarred by past abuse, it blames child soldiers, and factory workers, and orphaned by war who were too busy trying to survive they *oops* forgot create their own freaking reality through positive thinking. Yeah, really those slaves, totally bad attitude man, bummer, if they'd just been more positive, the universe would have provided for them.

I too am sick of hearing that "They only last 20 minutes, it just seems like longer"
No, I've had agitated, cannot sit still can not even accomplish anything while I can't sit stil,l terror
that has lasted 24/7

I SAW MY MOM LAYING ON THE GROUND CONVULSIONS AND WE ALL THOUGHT SHE WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK, WE HAD TO DRIVE FIR AN HOUSR TO GET TO THE DOCTOR, THEY GAVE HERE A XANAX AND SHE CALMED DOWN SHORTLY AFTER TAKING IT!!!! HER BRAIN WAS FRIED FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND COULDN'T LEAVE THE HOUSE, OR DRIVE, AND WOULD START SHAKING EVEN IF SHE THOUGHT ABOUT LEAVING, SPENT THE REST OF HER TIME IN BED, OR COOKING TO KEEP OCCUPIED, BUT STILL IS ON ZOLOFT AND XANAX FOR THE PAST 36 YEARS!!!!! IT'S NOT SMPLE FOR EVERYONE, AND POSITIVE DOESN'T EXIST IN THE DARK REALM OF PANIC, IT IS A FEELING OF DYING AND ACTUALLY HURTS YOUR CHEST, KILLSBRAIN CELLS FROM LACK OF OXYGEN, AND INCREASES THE CHANCE OF DEPRESSION!!
