I have had persistent bouts of vasculitis, and while it is mild and not dangerous in my case, I would like to know about anything that I can do to make sure that the vasculitis not only goes away, but never returns! Do you think that there are any dietary modifications that I could make to prevent the vasculitis from thriving in my body? Thanks for your info.
In fact, there is no evidence at all to suggest that vasculitis is in any way related to diet. That means that there is nothing you can do to prevent your vasculitis from returning in terms of diet. However, I have heard on several occasions that exercise does benefit people who have vasculitis a great deal. So if you want to be proactive, I would look into setting up a work out regime, if you have not already done so. Please, do speak with your doctor before you start!
