Anything is possible. Vasectomy's and tubal ligations have been known to reverse but it seems unlikely. I'm assuming he had his follow up? Still that only accounts for one of you.
The first step, take a home pregnancy test if you are late. Use your first morning urine (wake up pee) for the best accuracy.
If it continues and it's a negative result, see your doctor. It can also be a hormonal issue.
