i feel so silly doing this, and have checked the other posts to see if any are similar, but they aren't.

my periods are regular every 35 days, on sunday (day 28 of my cycle) i thought i'd come on early. but it has been exceptionally light and very dark in colour. normally its very heavy and red. im not on the pill, i haven't had the morning after pill and i haven't had unprotected sex.

does anyone have any idea what this can mean? becuase its freaking me out a lot. i'd really appriciate any help.
