Hi. Im 18 and am sexually active. My last period started on 30 June and lasted till 6 july. My boyfriends and i had sex on 7 july but he did not ejaculate in me (so that it minimises the risk of getting pregnant) and he was not too close to ejaculation. I started getting brownish discharge which is like the usual staining at the end of my period on 12 July. This has lasted until today (14 July) when i saw clear discharge with threads of blood. Can someone please help me? Is this normal or it there a possibility that i may be pregnant? THIS IS VERY URGENT!! Thank you so much!!!
From the timing of your period, it sounds like the discharge is not related to pregnancy. You would only be due to ovulate around now. Some women do experience a bit of spotting around ovulation, but it could just be left over blood that wasn't fully expelled during your last period.
