I would like to know if there are some exercises for vaginal muscles. I was wondering if someone could tell me more about this. I am really interested. Are they efficient and is there a way to tighten these muscles?

I am glad that you asked this and my first answer is yes, there is a way to tighten vaginal muscles. All of the side effects of doing this are positive. You can strengthen vaginal muscles with simple exercises called Kegels. You can do them at home, at work, in the car etc. Basically, you can do them anywhere. A lot of women find it helpful to experiment when peeing, to learn what muscles to tense and contract. When urinating, try to stop the flow of urine for a few seconds. Then release those muscles and let the urine flow again. You should try this several times. When you learn which muscles to tense and relax, you can do those exercises several times a day wherever you are. You can even do it at work at your desk. I have to tell you that you should avoid doing these exercises regularly while peeing. In the long term, this could be bad for your bladder. The peeing trick is just good and effective way of discovering which muscles to target. I hope that this information will be helpful.
