Hi!! My husband and I been trying for almost 2 yrs... I've kind of stalking every little symptoms. But today had this sharp pain near my navel ( belly button) that lasted about a min. could that have been implantation pains??? Pls give me some feed back... I try not to let it but my hopes have shot way up there!!! Thanks ladies
