wax in urethra and im scared

You don't give much information about what happened and when, nor where you are or your age. I can understand you are scared. Sounding has great risks, as you are discovering. You will probably need medical attention, and you may need to be prepared for some counselling to be suggested (or given). I assume you have tried to get it out, but you have to be extremely careful.  Can you pee at all? Even if you manage to get it out, you may well need medical attention afterwads.

I realise this is embarrassing, but the area is so delicate I dare not suggest anything else, apart from seeking professional medical/surgical help, without much more information. But you mustn't leave it too long.
