Hello! My eyes are very sensitive and they react to weather conditions, dust and various other things. When it’s too sunny, windy or cloudy, they start watering, and I couldn’t possibly think about getting out of the house without sunglasses on when it’s snow. It is all getting worse when I’m running. Am I supposed to wear goggles while running to fully protect my eyes?

I don’t know about wearing goggles during running, but a pair of good, quality, sports glasses will be just fine. Go to Adidas or Nike shops and ask for running glasses, but I think you can as well buy the ones for cycling. They will all protect your eyes from the wind and dust. They’re all made of light materials and they won’t press your nose bone too much. Their design is aerodynamic and they usually have a band so that they can’t fall off. Since you have these issues, maybe you could check if there is something like eye drops tat you can use in order to get rid of those unpleasant sensations, watering and itching.

Yeah just go to a sports shop and say that you want a pair of glasses that you can use while running. Make sure they protect you fully and feel comfortable, also make sure they have the band so they don't fall off. I used to have the same problem with the wind, my eyes would start to water when I ran into a head wind.
