I'm a 17 year old girl and i can barely keep my weight at 95..  I need to gain weight!  I'm afraid that I will have serious health problems when I'm older or not be able to have kids or something..  My dad and his side of the family were the same way at my age and have had a number of health problems..  My dad was just recently diagnosed with cancer at 46 and I don't want to end up in the same situation..  Please help!

If you are underweight, a good tip is to eat the foods you LIKE. Try to keep it balanced. Stock up on healthy snacks (veggies+dig, fruit, cheese/crackers). Try not to eat pure junk but don't be afraid to eat 1-2 servings of junk food per day if you enjoy it. Keep it balanced.
