Hi. I'm looking for some healthy snacks that I can bring to work. But please don't suggest fruits or veggies. I have them plenty throughout the day. :) These snacks should keep me full over the day. Or at least if you must suggest fruits and veggies, please give me some ideas of things that I could eat along with them? I usually eat wholewheat sandwich, protein bar, fat-free yogurt and fruit/veggies like apple, orange, berries, tomato, broccoli, etc. I don't plan to give up on fruits and veggies. I'd just want some other food to make my snacks a little more interesting. :) I'd appreciate suggestions and ideas.
