Well , hi guys i am 15 . And i went through many topics in this web about weight lifting . Just want to ask another question to be sure .
1. Does lifting weight at my age affect me ? I am already lifting 71 pounds/32.6kg of bench , deads and squats plus and few other workouts
2. Can a teen at my age or younger take protein shakes like Whey's , Horley's Ripped Factor , Horley's Awesome Mass , etc... ??
3. What are the few recommended exercises which helps improve ABS definition ?

Hi weight,
As long as you are using proper form then you can safely lift.
Eat a properly balance meal and you don't need any of those protein shakes. Not only are they expensive but they do have risks. Too much protein can cause kidney stones to form. Some of the drinks contain other chemicals that can be harmful. All you hear about in advertising are the "good things." Nobody tells you the risks. You can get all your protein needs with a healthy diet. Taking more protein than you need won't help as your body doesn't store it. It excretes it.
Eggs, chicken, and milk are cheap and contain all the protein you'll need.
Avoid starches (breads/pizza) to stay lean.
Hope it helps.
