Excuse me but I have a question. My name is Hamd Bilal Tahir. I am 15 and my height is quite not growing as compared to my father. I also recently practiced some bicep exercises and press ups. i am a healthy person. I am not muscular. I am no too much fat . So I want to ask you that does shoulder exercise or weight lifting affect my height. Or if it does not then how much weight should I lift??? And what exercise I must do to increase my height???
