I am 14 years old and I'm not fat. I just weigh more than I should. It's mostly muscle. But I just feel that I could feel better about myself if I shed a few pounds before summer. Especially since I'm going on vacation to Arizona, North Carolina, and Tennesee! I need to look good in a bathing suit!! Please give me some tips that helped you or that helped someone else, fast. Thankkks. =]

Reduce the amount of your meals and eat smaller meals five times a day. When you feel like eating something sugary, grab a fruit. Don't drink sodas and do some moderate exercising.

You won't shed pounds in two weeks but you will certainly start seeing some results in a month and so.
