Names Haleigh. im young and i weigh 125-130 lbs. i have saddlebags, lovehandles, and big legs. other than that its all good. i want to loose weight. i already no ur gonna say something like " you're to young or your not fat". you dont understand. i have been on a deit for a moth now eating nothing but veggies and water and fruit with lil meat and dairy with ome grains ot much thou. i cant excerize longer than i want to because i have asma. badly kinda. my doctor gave me medicine for it i take everyday and it helps better but it makes me get dehydrated fast! Help??? Im desprate! :-( :| how can i loose this extra baggage! Help?? Thank-you!

Hmm, I know how that feels. I'm around that weight and I'm young, too, and I hate it as much as you do. You're making a great effort at substituting your meals with fruits and veggies, but I have to make a couple of suggestions. Number one, you said a "lil meat". Bad choice, buddy. Young people need protein to function as much as humans need air to live. My dad says he lost a LOT of weight with one simple but healthy diet. Make your diet consist of mostly healthy proteins (lean meats, fish, and eggs without the yolk), and tons of fruits and veggies, at which you're doing fine. Drink at least 1 liter of water a day, and not only will your skin get a "healthy glow" but you'll cleanse yourself of toxins that way. Drink tea, too. Oolong tea (very expensive but worth it) is especially targeted to help boost your metabolism. Do you have any dogs or cats? Play with them, have races, and if you have a dog, take him/her on a walk for an hour each day. If you live in an apartment, take the stairs instead of the elevator at any chance you get. If you live in a house with stairs, run up and down for as long as you can without overworking yourself. Most importantly, have fun and keep motivated, and before you know it, you'll have lost that extra weight!
