I have weight problem since I know for myself. Now I’m 18 and want to lose some, so I talked to my roommate. We decided to try weight smart vitamins. We were wondering if this really helps with dieting or is it just a regular multi-vitamin? Did anyone try that with good results or maybe even side effects?

Yes, I took that weight smart vitamin a couple months ago and they made me really sick. When I saw it is not good, I’ve tried to take them at different times of the day. Also I’ve tried them with or without food, with different kinds of food etc. Immediately after taking the pill of weight smart vitamin I would vomit. I know you would say I am gross but sometimes I would projectile vomit because it was hard to get to the bathroom on time. First I was thinking it was my body that could not take extracts in it but my friend was taking them in the same time and would projectile vomit with it too. It was so, so horrible for me. Soon after that we gave it up, but we joke that pills must make you lose weight by throwing what you eat. Though I couldn’t take it I really wish you the best luck. For me, now I am thinking that maybe the best way to lose weight and speed your metabolism, and stay health during that is with exercises and healthy eating. This always took more time but you are more likely to keep it off.

I used to take Weight Smart vitamins, but eventually stopped taking them (I moved, got busy, wasn't really focused on losing weight, so I forgot about taking them for awhile). A friend of mine had noticed my vitamin bottle and was interested in taking them because he wanted to lose weight, so he was asking me if they helped and if I had any negative side effects because he had read that some people experience vomitting while on Weight Smart vitamins (which I didn't know about). I told him no, but when I thought back on it, I had been vomitting a lot while I was on them (I have other stomach problems--my doctor says I have GERD, so I figured it was related to that). However, I realized that the vomiting and stomach discomfort stopped coinciding with discontinuing the vitamins. I can't say for sure that the vitamins caused the vomiting, but it seems like there's a good chance that they were the culprit.

Eating raw fruits and vegetables at every meal can help you to lose weight. These steps are effective, common sense, and simple ways to add raw and high fiber foods to your diet. The result will make you feel fuller faster and you get all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Eat plenty of high-fiber foods as they aid digestion and move fatty and heavy foods out of your system.
