Im freaking out because i was getting ready to go to sleep and i just got this weird lumpy hard to swallow feeling in my throat. Its similer to that when your burping on command and u suck in but dont let it out and it feels like weird tightnes. I sae similer people saying it was like acids but I don't know what to do I can breath and everything im just worried.
