I have this weird type of bump on my thigh but i don't think i need a doctor just yet.I was wandering what is it?It's a red bump with this black or dark spot next to it.It is hard when i touch it and hurts.Someone told me that it's something in greek called a kalogero and all i have to do is pop it but im not sure that's it.Im curious can you help me?

It could be an insect bite or just a pimple.
The black/dark spot could be dried blood under/on the skin.
If it doesn't go away in a few days to a week, go see a dermatologist.
