Hi, I am 17 years male and I am interested in body building. I am inexperienced and new in this sport so I would like to know something more about way of eating. Please tell me basic things about proteins and carbohydrates. I know it is simple but please tell me something about it.

In this group of food belong sugars, different sorts of bread, rice, bananas e.t.c. Proteins are substances which are structural elements of muscles and it may be found in meat, fish, soy and milk.
