So I haven't run since around Christmas, then I pushed myself through 6 yesterday. I was expecting to be sore, just not as much as I am. And one of the sorest parts of me is my shoulders (mostly delts). I thought that was a little weird. Anyone have any great soreness stories?
Lap swimming day two here.. yes there's some neglected muscles putting on a small protest. I'm not even in swimming shape enough to push it to an ache yet, just a 'twinge' I'll call it.
Some days, I think I've written the book on being sore. :umno:
I added in a day for legs on my lifting schedule earlier this year. Boy was that a mistake. Lifting the weights wasn't the problem, but the soreness that came after was killer. I could barely walk for 4 days. I missed a bunch on miles.
I did chest day yesterday and my chest is super sore today. :|
Somedays, I wonder if the soreness is worth it.
