Hey guys i havnt posted in a while but im back! My question is what do you think about creatine for my track season? Ive talked to my dotor and they said it was ok for me health wise. BUt running wise what do you all think? I took it before and did get bigger and stronger and that is what i want since i will run the 4 and 8. (i slimmed down alot during the xc season)
