I have had silicon breats implants for 21 years and have not had a problem with them until recently. I started having some pains under my breasts and these huge knots ocurred. It is almost like they just appeared overnight. You cannot see them, but you can feel them. My breats are still in good shape and look okay. However, I need to know what to do. Is there some medication that I can take for pain? I would rather not have surgery, but if I do would the surgeon take the contractures out or would I also have to have the implants removed?
