I’m interesting in yoga very much. I’m practice it for two years. My best friend told me something about 5 Tibetans. I’m not sure that I know exactly what it is. Can somebody explain to me that? Should I try it? Tell me your experience. What did the 5 Tibetans do for you? Thanks!

The Five Tibetans is an ancient rejuvenation technique which has long been practiced by monks to increase energy, slow aging, calm the mind and strengthen the body. You need about 10 to 15 mins per day depending on your fitness level.
