I’ve just started with Five Tibetan Rites. My friend told me so much about this technique that I want to try. I do it for three days and still I didn’t notice any difference and I didn’t feel any more energy. How long it took you to feel the difference with the 5 Tibetans?

I started the Tibetan exercises two weeks ago. First three or four days I didn’t feel any changes but the first burst of energy came on the 5th day. It has increased each day. So, keep practice and be patient, you will see. That’s amazing thing. I was so excited when I felt that energy for the first time.
