I am new here…so I will be direct. I read that some people use coffe for fatigue by hep b. this is new for me. What are opinions of other members? What do members use for the fatigue by hep b?

I guess Coffee or caffein, is safe in small doses. My liver doc recommended I drink a bit of caffeinated beverage to clear migraines, so I guess it is safe to use for the fatigue by hep b. One of the best aids to maintaining a constant energy level is eating frequent meals throughout the day. Avoid junk food. Proteins are important here. They will give the slowest and longest lasting energy release, but many of us with liver disease need to really monitor our protein intake as too much can be VERY harmful. Whole grains, vegetables, and fruits will give a somewhat quicker boost, but will also be used up a bit quicker.
