Hi guest it is normal for one testicle to be a little bigger than the other and hang a little lower than the other but if your testicle is substantially larger and or is painful you should probably get it looked at. How old are you? Are you sexually active how big is your big testicle did you get injured at all?

That's not great for your health at all you shouldn't be drinking and smoking at the age of 14 in the first place so if your testicles shrink I wouldn't be surprised... I would stop if I were you
Yes, how.are you...my Son just turned 12, his left testicles has dropped an appears normal, but the right 1 is still not all way dropped an halfway up in. Trying to ask if this is normal or not...??

Inthink you are misunderstanding the definition or Balls dropping. It doesn't have anything to do with the penis although generally about the same timenthat your balls drop your penis grows some too but not always
