Hello. I'm 19 years old female and just recently I've experienced one very strange thing. You see, I had the first sexual experience with one guy that I love so much.
I thought it would be real trauma but it wasn’t anything like that. To be honest with you, it was a bit painful and everything and that’s all. Thing that confused me the most is the fact that there were no bleeding at all. How could this happen?
My boyfriend even started to doubt he is first. Please tell me more about these symptoms of first sexual intercourse. Is there something wrong with me!?

I must tell you immediately that there is nothing wrong with you!!!
I will tell you more about the real cause of bleeding during the first intercourse. You probably know that on the vagina entrance there is a small part of tissue called hymen. Because a hymen can be damaged by an erect penis during sexual intercourse, a woman may feel momentary discomfort and bleed.
Of course, this isn’t case with all women. Some females have bigger entrance or hymen with more elastic capabilities so there may be no blood or even pain involved at all during this first sexual experience.
Relax and know that there is nothing wrong with you!
