Hey guys!
Figured I'd ask a few things here considering I'm tired of going to the doc just to get the saying, "rest, ice, lower miles." Even though it's true, doesn't mean I need to pay to hear those words!!!!
Anyway, if anyone is familiar with asics, I got the Landreth last year for cross/track for college. Now that it was time to get a new pair of shoes, I have flat feet, I decided to go for a pair where I didn't need arch supports. My friend who works at a shoe place for runners suggested I get the Kayano, which I did. First run, they felt glorious. Then my achilles started hurting.
I figured, eh, it's just pain from breaking in new shoes, but the pain started to get worse and now its to the point where it kind of hurts to walk. So I'm stuck.
Any suggestions?
