The "liquit part before the actual sperm comes out" is 'pre-ejaculate'. It is also known as pre-ejaculatory, or Cowper's, fluid . It is also called pre-seminal fluid (colloquially known as pre-cum) because it comes out before the ejaculate (semen). The semen that is ejaculated contains sperm (usually!). It is thought that pre-ejaculate acts as a lubricant and an acid neutraliser.
Research has indicated that some men always have sperm in their pre-cum, while others never do. However, if ejaculation has recently occurred, then residue semen will mix the 'pre-cum' unless urination has cleared the urethra.
Hope this helps
