The difference has nothing to do with what other drugs the hydrocodone is paired with, or in what proportions. The difference is only in the "salts". This drug, and others, can be processed with different "salts" during their manufacture. Three common salts are hydrochloride, bitar tartrate, and terephthalate. Although they can make small differences with some other drugs, their effect on hydrocodone bioavailability is negligible.
That all said, I've heard anecdotal reports of some salts being better tolerated in sensitive individuals. (Less nausea, itching, etc.)

TYLENOL/acetaminophen is metabolized via YOUR LIVER; not your kidneys and does not cause stomach bleeding; that would be ibuprofen
