So I have searched and searched the internet for months and been unable to find anyone talking about the symptoms that I have. Some people will have a few of them, but not all. And my Doctors keep brushing it off saying it's nothing but I know there is something severely wrong with me.

When I moved home from college and the month before that, I stopped taking my Birth Control. I broke out in this weird, horrible pus filled acne on my arms that I've never had before, and my skin on my face became worse as well. Then, around when I was supposed to get my period I got a single, cyst like pimple on my outer vagina lip. I didn't touch it and it faded with no scarring in about a week. I was late getting my period, and then when i did it was SUPER heavy and I had this horrible backache that I normally wouldnt get with my periods (I am 24).

SInce then, things have become worse. I started getting this chronic back and vulvar pain like in my groin and it would last for WEEKS. I started taking vitamins and have only broken out in one more of those zit like things, this time in my pubic hair region. I popped it and it went away after about a day. I freaked out so badly thinking that I had herpes so I went to the gynecologist when I had one of these weird cyst like bumps and she was like, this one pimple is NOT herpes. I've been tested for all the standard STD's and I also have HPV (not the warts kind) and so when I went to the gynecologist for this bump she also did a pap and everything came back fine.

I've only gotten one of these zits in my groin area region 3 separate times in the past 5 months. However the pain I feel is ALL of the time. Constant lower back and groin pain, and is steadily getting worse. I have been back on Birth Control for the past 4 months as well. There doesn't seem to be a correlation between the bumps and the pain (timeframe wise) however, I've never had any of these symptoms before so I know it's all related somehow.

The pain in my back and groin used to be for a couple weeks at at time and then I'd have some relief... now it seems like its constant pain ALL of the time.

What is wrong with me, I feel as though I am dying!
you need to go back to the gynaecology again to thorough checks and tests.I had the same problems and also the symptoms yuo are having and went through a lot as the doctor told me there was nothing wrong with me. I then went to a gynae for tests and he found out that i had cysts on my ovaries which had done enough damage in neened to be removed .You need  to find a gynae that will listen to you and your problems and dont listen to anyone telling you that what you describe is nothing.please get the doctor to do a thorough check of your ovaries, cervix and do blood tests to check something they might have missed.gud luck
