Hello. I totally support you and your friend. Exercising is the healthy way of living. I, personally, like yoga. It is great for body shaping, but there is more. Yoga strengthens your mind. When I started doing yoga, I felt my mind had become more sharpen. I was focused and not so tired any more. It is also great for treating some diseases and injuries.
