Lyrica has been FDA approved for fibromyalgia.
If you want a more natural approach, as I do, try taking Vit D and Magnessium.
Another thing I've found that has helped me, as crazy as it sounds, is the new Akai Berry pills. They are suppose to help with weight loss (hasn't for me) but being desperate I bought a bottle and discovered they have helped ease some of my pain. I only take one a day.
