What on Earth does "growing a condom" mean!? HELP

I was on the internet (don't ask) and I came across something. This person was 18 and he wanted to "grow a condom" for sex.

WHAT!? YOU BUY CONDOMS FROM A SHOP OR FROM A VENDING MACHINE MAYBE. 

They were going on about planting it, watering it (WHATEVER "IT" IS!) in the ground, in your belly-button someone said!!!, autofellatio with something around your lips... I DON'T KNOW!
