Hello everyone :) i was wondering what is the best food for me to eat before i exercise. I mean , i play tennis and sometimes i experience major fatigue and my friends told me it is because i do not eat properly before my training. So what foods should i eat and when should i eat them before my training?

Should i eat high calorie meals or fruits and veggies?

Before exercise just two bowled eggs with milk or any shake. You can eat this. Its good for exercise and health too.

Before and after exercise, you'll want to eat something high in protein. Tuna, chicken, or a soy-based vegetarian equivalent are all good options; if you don't have time for a meal before you work out, have some low-fat yogurt and fruit.
