i'm 15 yeas old and i have an appointment with a large modelling adgency in 4 weeks.
i'm aready fairly skinny but i don't particulary like the size of my thighs. i go to the gym twice a week but my thighs are not getting any smaller. i just want to be as skinny as possible by 4 weeks time.
please help!

If i want to lose weight really fast then i cut alot out.. You not doing it for the long term. just to get in off you in 4 weeks you said. I'm doing the same thing right now trying to get skinny for the hoildays so i can eat some of the good food. I put up a board in my kitchen.. put started weight on top. then make a tabel so you can have the days in te week going down. then first thing in the morn you weight your self. i also tapemy belly to make sure its getting smalller.. Than reight before you lay it done to go to bed weigh your self and write in on the board.. If you are trying to smile out that quict then as for food. Tall glas of water then yogurt, then lunch i do a tiny spniosh salad with ssom fresh veggies. make sure you make it on the smal plate. never never never use dinner plate. you eill eat to much.. last one i go for never eatting after 6. so i might eat some fruits and i keep ready chicken breast thats for make sandwichs.. i just eat a few of them with fruit or coked veggies..
Sounds crazy, but im also working out twice aday.. these are my results SO Sunday weight 143, Did not weight that next morning cause i was eating like a fat cow sunday.. Mon-N 141 Tus-M 139.6 Tus-N 138.2 Wed-M 137 Wed-N 136.4 So in the last 4 days ive lost 9 pounds..
Morning-Big Glass of water-Yogurt even with granola. thats how i eat mine.
Lunch- spinish salada with some freash veggies. You you have to use dressing then get half full one and fill it up with water... shake and searve. you only using it for taste..I like useing tuna in my slada, b ut ionly half the bag, make sure you read serving sizes. REMEMBER Small plate.
Dinner before 6. Today i had the ready made veggies. find them in the frozen food. the like 90cal. they really good and took a few bits of the ready made chicken breast( white) it will get you cause its good. lol onoly eat like two slices.. just te get food in you belly to keep you moving.
Ill let know know when i hit my goal weight.. in the morning time i should only have 10 more to go and im at mt idea weight, and ill never bring it back to this... hate when you skinny and 5 pounds on us lok like 30 on others..
