I was wondering what would be some good exercising for BMX racings, i also do tracka and will do CrossCountry this fall, what would be the best programe to get the best results for all 3 sports in track i do the 1600, and 3200 meter and imput welcom :(

Sounds to me like you're keeping your legs in good shape for BMX. A weightlifting program for you upper body couldn't hurt. If BMX is anything like dirt bikes/atv racing a powerful upper body is an advantage.
