Hello, I'm 14 years old (15 in 6 months) and was just wondering what a good routine for lifting weights would be at my age (what weight, which exercise and how many reps). And also I'm wondering what's the best diet to go along with this, and what other exercises should I do while resting in between weights. Thanks!
