i want to gain some weight. I heard about shakes that i can make at home that are rich in proteins so i was wondering if anybody knows any good recipes for high protein shakes? I am starting to work out and i want to gain muscle mass. 

I would not go and buy those proteins in powder i would rather try to get the proteins i need from normal food. Any suggestions on what exactly should i be blending with my new blender? Cant wait to try :)

If you're looking for muscle mass and you don't want to buy whey protein (powder stuff), then I would just recommend eating normal lean meats like chicken and turkey. In my opinion it tastes much better than blending some stuff together, and it gives great results.
