If you haven't had a period for two years then its highly unlikely that you would get pregnant and if you had underwear on that's another reason your unlikely to get pregnant.
When did this happen and has it happened more than once?
If you really haven't had a period for two years then I would go and see the doctor to find out what's wrong.

Couple months ago I did see a doctor about it and he said it was normal, it happened on Wednesday and only a couple times before that but I had pants on so I'm not worried about that
