So, I'm 17, uncircumcised and I've been doing stretches daily to stretch the skin. But, as I've been doing it more and more, I finally noticed that I have white "dots" around the "ring" of the bottom of the head of my penis. Any idea what this could be? Google wasn't much help. Thank you :)

Yes. You have "pearly penile papules."
They are VERY common. They are NORMAL. They are NOT an STD. They CAN make sex more pleasurable.
