I think most people are referring to skin colour change it sounds like you have a different type of skin their, to be able to rip it off. Doctors get people with concerns and issues about their genitals in everyday, try not to feel afraid.

Useful advice for people with it. .... Get your Gp to refer you to the Red Cross or an equivalent organisation who do a colour matching service. Youll get some camouflage creme that will hide the white bits and blend it in to your normal skin colour.

It's the pigments, I got that alot on my neck, shoulders and chest.. TRUTH- get celson blue medicated shampoo w aloe. Rub it on in the shower , keep on for couple minutes and rinse off . Do it for week, you will see results, I haven't needed to use it again, its been 5 yrs

Only a doc can tell you for sure! Get tested for infections (STIs, bacterial and fungal). Could also be contact dermatitis -- irritation caused by detergent, soap or some other offending substance. If it's just plain old dry skin, a lotion like Man1 Man Oil could help.

Its true we could have it! I have the same problem.....bleach spots..sometimes itchy...the irritation does no happen very often.. Still looks weird btw... 1 percent of 6 billion is 60 000 000 million people btw..

Most penises have some sort of color variation so I don't think it's a big deal. However, there are penis health cremes on the market that treat all sorts of weird skin issues down there, including discoloration. So if you want to try to get rid of it you should definitely check out one of these cremes. Hope this helps.
