I thought it was just me. There is no history of breast cancer in family. I am 38 and no kids so I never had a history. I have 3 pimple like bumps on left breast for 3 years. They come about ten days after my monthly visitor pop and leak yellow puss and blood. At first I thought imflamatory breast cancer but this does not take over breast or attack nipple and it is very much in sink with hormonal changes due to monthly visitor. I have talked to doctor have had them biopsied and they still come. It is the curse of being a women.
I have this problem but it is called Cystic Acne. Often no matter what you do or change, it is likely to be genetic. So refer to them as "boils". I have gotten on a few on my face but have had them drained and/or cut out in the past. I have them on my back, inner thighs and breast. They leave horrible scars! I was once put on Accutane - not much help. Fabor - mousse type medication that you apply - again, not much help. Interestingly, when I go to the tanning bed or lay out in the sun and get tanned, they seem to begin to disappear entirely, or not as many. Seems to me that those who get these have excess oils deep in the skin and not just surface like typical pimples. I wish you all the best of luck.
I am having the same problem! Have had this bumpunder my breast for years now! It has a white very bad smell stuff coming out of it! What is it? I don't want to go to the Doctor! Any replies would be appreciated!
It seems I have a similar problem to you. The first appeared under my arm several years ago. It came out by itself and was very thin and white looking. My mum took one look at it and told me it was a boil. They can spread if you don't wash both arms separately - don't use same cloth for both arms! Sometimes there is a collection of bumps or heads that look white. The only thing that worked for me was to bathe the area infected with a little warm salty water. Pat dry and then put a SAVLON antiseptic wipe and either cover that with gauze and leave (or put a plaster). It worked and healed up but it left a scab which dried out soon after and it never reappeared. Boils occur if there is an infection or if you are generally run down. I have also bathed with salty water, pat dry, put a little baby powder on top and then a little touch of foundation (I use Yves Rocher).
I have the exact condition. I have had this since my early twenties. I am now 35. If I squeeze the cysts under the skin of my areola a thick or hard puss comes out. At times, it comes out in one hard chunk.
You said your Dr informed you it was blocked milk ducts. But please reread your own post. Uhhhhh that is kinda what blocked milk ducts are! So you disagree with your Drs opinion but are describing exactly what he said. I love when people donot believe Drs and then try to put their own spin on it only to come to the same conclusion. Stop trying to sound intelligent.
